		<description>I really love your interviews but this one sounds like Jon is recounting the experience from a manuscript of a memoir.  I didn&#039;t experience it as flowing and engaging which is how most of your interviews are.  This maybe just the guest&#039;s style of speaking.  If you plan on doing others, perhaps John could allow Joanna to led the interview more.</description>
