I enjoyed the talk but was very disappointed on the feeling level in the dismissal of the women towards the end of the program. I think her comment about the number of women vs. men is relevant. I also felt it insensitive to dismiss her request to reflect for 30 seconds on being and experiencing the reality of what was being discussed (a feminine approach) as opposed to a completely intellectual approach. To me this is an example of how we may try to honor and include the feminine but don’t always recognize it. We have no trouble giving that much attention to others when they express an intellectual comment or response to the program. The request she made could have come from a man or women but I see it as a request to include the feminine. When will we?
