Destiny in the Stars 3

In the first talk John Lash describes his struggles and conflicts working as a consulting astrologer for 30 years, explaining what led him to formulate an alternative Zodiac based on observation of actual star-patterns. He points out why the word astrology is misleading, although astrology itself is valid on its own terms.

All talks refer to John’s book, Quest for the Zodiac recently reissued by the Marion Institute.

More information on the book can also be found on the Metahistory page with that name.

  1. Olivia McCourt says:

I always knew there indeed was much more to astrology but did not go about finding it. I have the other two to listen to. What you are proposing makes absolute sense. I wish I had thought of it. I have left astrology years ago because of the lack of depth in relating to people I read for. I became extremely proficient at prediction which carried me for a while. But always knew there was more. You cannot bring someone to their full realization of themselves if you do not have the tools. The kind of astrology we started with lacked this depth. I am excited about this and hope to implement this. Thank You John.
